The hotel is conveniently located, close to the Isle Casino and with easy access to the Quad Cities. The rooms were clean but a bit small, and we felt compelled to stay after our emergency situation passed. The service was wonderful, with warm and inviting staff, except for the slightly unfriendly reception. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and met our basic needs.
The hotel felt like a perfume factory, cozy and welcoming, but we felt a bit trapped after 7 pm when our emergency was over. The rooms were so nice and comfy, making it a home away from home experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a horrible odor until late in the evening, but the service was helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for our group gathering, but the dining options left something to be desired. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
